Can I bring my own massage Oils?

Yes you can bring your own massage oils. Some of our customers prefer to use their own oils.

Can I have a massage if I have an Illness, Injury or Cancer?

Absolutely yes. Massage can be beneficial for almost anyone needing to relieve tension and stress. It can also be used as a regular part of managing illness and chronic conditions. A regular massage helps to alleviate pain, allowing relaxation and improved sleep. The massage may vary as it depends on how chronic your condition is, and only light massage for the soft tissue may be applied.

Do you have Gift Vouchers?

Do you use Aroma­therapy Oils?

Unscented oils is used for services that require oil use. However, the use of Aroma­therapy Oils is possible at an extra $5 charge to our services.

What does Tokou mean?

The word “Tokou” is a valid word in several languages including Japanese.

However, the word Tokou is chosen from the Borneo language and is based upon the Founder with origins to Borneo. The meaning of Tokou means “Our”. This means the “massage Tokou” grammatically as written literally translates to “Our massage”.

What is the Age limit for a massage?

There is no age limit for massage. Massage is suitable for all ages, whether you are an adult, teenager or child. Minors may receive massage providing a legal guardian consents to the massage service.

You can pay by cash or debit / credit cards.

When should I avoid having massage?

You should avoid having a massage when you have:

  • Fever
  • Contagious diseases, including any cold or flu, no matter how mild it may seem
  • Under the influence of drugs or alcohol-including prescription pain medication
  • Recent operations or acute injuries
  • Neuritis
  • Skin diseases
  • When advised by your local G.P. doctor or Medical Practitioner that a massage is unsuitable and should be avoided
